dkd file to midi

Hi, i'm new here. How could I convert a dkd file to midi file. i bought a dvd karaoke and it won't play in my mediacom karaoke. thanks

where could I find the programs needed namely : “MID2Cob.exe, MkData2.EXE, WMA2Cob.exe

During vieweing the following doc file

the sepDate.exe file showen is used to extract data from .dkd file to cob file.

Can some one attached the software please
