grand videoke drive

anyone can help me out with my problem
my problem is that i can't access the files in my grand videoke the photo shows my problem the drive on the left labled TKR-361UM contains any audio that you recorded and photo bgv but thats it
the one on the right is the one that i am trying to access because that is where all of the files are stored and i want to get them is there a way you guys can help me
