How to play / convert .rec files

Hi !! Have recently bought the Persang New Dzire Plus Karaoke System..

How does one play the recordings (ie. .rec files which get saved in the //Karaoke/rec folder) ??

Also, how do u convert the recorded songs (.rec files).. to Mp3 or any other format .. which can be played on other song players ??
